Popcorn

Our kids love popcorn.  Even before we let Laurel eat any when she was young, she loved playing in it and feeding it to us.  When we finally let her eat some, it became one of her favorite foods...and that girl is so picky she ate only yogurt and applesauce for months.  We just started allowing Nicolas to eat popcorn (NOTE:  I realize the experts don't recommend giving kids his age popcorn because they can choke on the kernels.  I just want to say that we give him one piece at a time, make sure they don't have kernels, and supervise him while he is eating).

Anyway, Scott made popcorn after supper tonight, and the kids really enjoyed it.  Nicolas sat in his seat saying "popcorn!  Amen!" over and over.  Laurel sat on Scott's lap and stuffed popcorn into her mouth while he pretended to eat it out of her hand.  It was fun to watch them.

Give me popcorn!
