A couple weekends ago we had a beautiful Sunday afternoon, so Scott and I tag-teamed staining the swingset. We bought the same color stain as we used on the deck, but apparently I bought solid stain rather than semi-transparent, so it went on really thick like paint. That is fine, although we won't be using the rest of the can on the deck! We took turns painting and watching the kids, but Scott didn't take any pictures of me, so all the pics are of him...but I swear, I did half of it!

We managed to finish most of the swing set before it got too dark. All we have left to do is the underside of the floor, and we have to loosen the slide to paint where it meets the floor. However, in the past 2 weeks we have not had time to do that, so that project is still not quite done.
