Last weekend two of my nieces spent the night at our house while their parents went to a wedding. Laurel loved having her cousins here, and they helped watch (or may I say, distract) the kids so I got a little break as well.

I made pizza on the grill for supper. Unfortunately, we ran out of gas half way through cooking the pizzas, so I had to move the whole operation back into the kitchen and use the broiler. That went fine until I ran out of cheese with two pizza crusts to go! I decided to make dessert pizzas, so I put butter and cinnamon/sugar on one crust. On the other I put the extra chocolate I had from making thumbprint cookies, along with marshmallows and crushed up graham crackers, to make a s'mores pizza. They were tasty!
